Submission Release Terms

Operational draft: Version operational-draft-2026-08-11 is used to record current submissions. Counsel approval and publication of the binding version remain required before the official-domain cutover.

1. Grant of Rights

By submitting music and/or video to HSS Feed, you grant HSS Feed a non-exclusive license to reproduce, perform, review, and publicly display the submitted material during live broadcasts and recorded episodes across all distribution platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.

2. Ownership & Warranties

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in the submitted material, and that the material does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for clearing any samples, features, or third-party contributions.

3. No Guarantee of Airplay

Submission does not guarantee that your material will be played or reviewed. The Props priority option affects queue order only and does not guarantee airplay or influence feedback outcomes.

4. Feedback

Any feedback provided is the opinion of the hosts and guests and is provided as-is, without warranty. Feedback does not constitute an offer, contract, or representation of a business relationship.
